Terms & Conditions

1. Event Information

Rebuilding The Altar is a one-day women's prayer gathering hosted by Dr. Mia McNeil Frederick, taking place on May 16, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at The Gathering Church International, 1924 12th Court, Vero Beach, FL 32960. Event details, speakers, and schedule are subject to change. Registered attendees will be notified of any material changes via the contact information provided at registration.

2. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are processed through our designated ticketing platform. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following: tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by event organizers; VIP Admission tickets ($60) include lunch provided by American Icon Brewery (only 100 seats); General Admission tickets ($45) are subject to availability; and valid proof of purchase must be presented at check-in.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by the organizers, in which case full refunds will be processed within 14 business days. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the new date. Refund requests due to rescheduling must be submitted within 7 days of the announcement. 4. Merchandise

Pre-orders for event merchandise are final. Size exchanges may be accommodated on-site based on availability. Pre-ordered items must be picked up at the event; unclaimed items will not be shipped unless prior arrangements are made.

5. Scholarship and Sponsorship

Scholarship opportunities may be available through our sponsor partners and are subject to approval and availability. Selection is at the sole discretion of the event organizers. Sponsor and donor partners do not receive attendee personal information without express consent.

6. Photography and Media

By attending Rebuilding The Altar, you grant the event organizers permission to photograph, film, or record your likeness for promotional, educational, or social media use. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff at check-in.

7. Conduct

Rebuilding The Altar is a faith-based women's event. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves with respect and dignity. The event organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed disruptive or disrespectful, without refund.

8. Liability

The event organizers, including Dr. Mia McNeil Frederick and The Gathering Church International, are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk. We are not responsible for travel disruptions, accommodation costs, or other expenses incurred in connection with attendance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and event materials, is the property of Dr. Mia McNeil Frederick and Rebuilding The Altar. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

10. Privacy

11. Changes to These Terms
